Why is the dutch league easy to win? when I start my ajax game the avarage CA( current ability) of my first team was 139..highest was stam 161.

PSV, AZ and Feyenoord have the same CA(almost) at the beginning of the game..

Do a search for "Ajax system 2007" - thats how I manage to keep Avg rating high

Well he didnt say it was easy to win it, he said it was EASIER. And i can agree to that, in the leagues he mentioned there is just few teams of almost the same quality that you will challange for the title. In the bigger leagues (England,Spain, Italy) the lesser teams is of greater quality overall (compared to the leagues he named) and thats why its harder to win them compapared to the "big leagues".

I have analysed many of my games.. Sometimes it just isn't only have many passes you have completed, headers or tackles to obtain 9-10 the player must do something spectacular. Because some of my players can have missed 8 passes out of 48 and 7 out of 7 headers still the only get 8 and he scored a goal???

But do you know how to get them to be worldclass?? Sometimes nesta become worldclass and then drop to decisive centre back??
