Worried by the lack of managerial dicipline ?

Just finished first season with Milan . We won Serie A, champions league and the italian cup.

After the cup final vs Inter which we won 3-1, 4 of my players got the "Worried by the lack of managerial dicipline" - and I have no idea why?

Have you downloaded the patch because if i read rightly it was a bug that was supposed to be fixed in the patch.

Yes I use the patch

Its Pirlo, Gattuso, nesta and Amauri who are Worried by the lack of managerial dicipline .
They all got a very high professional attitude and high pressure - maybe I should use the "dissapointed" team talk more often after an average performance (7) ?. Its just hard to use it when we win every game

Maybe it is still bugged i wouldn't give them a dissapointed for a 7 when your winning.

1) Did someone get sent off without being disciplined by you?
2) Have two of your players had a fight ("Trouble at Milan") without you disciplining one?

Ive had that problem too, but it was related to the fact that i didnt dicsipline my players after they got a red card. When i started issuing warnings and then fines i dont have that problem anymore

I only got 1 red card all season , and it was Oddo . After the match I gave him a 1 week fine which he accepted( this is almost 6 month ago)
And there has been no internal fight at milan

This can be due to many reasons like player skip training and you did not warn him, players sent off you did not warn him or even players trying to play 1st team football and you did not f*** him. Anyway, just offer new contracts to all the unhappy players and they will shut their trap.

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.
