Corner kicks - why does my player hit it straight to opposition?
My corner taker is Rafinha. He has 17 for corners but for some reason he keeps kicking it straight at the opposition's player that comes short. Any ideas on how to remedy this?

1-Set your corner taker to aim for the six yard box.
2-Get rid of anyone at "first post flick".
3-Have three of your best headers (att near post, att far post, GK).
4-Have another guy at "stand at far post" and another one on "Short option" and the rest on "att from deep", "lurk" and "stay back".
Over the long run that's how you'll get the most goals.
Good Luck.

Corner kicks - why does my player hit it straight to opposition? Post #3
Thanks SPD, but that's how I've had my corner kick routine already set up so that's not the problem. The problem is that my corner taker seems to hit it straight at the opposition's player who comes short to close down the corner.

I seem to find that no matter how I tweak my corners, the taker always plays it near post for my striker to head miles wide... I need to read the instructions.......

Re: Corner kicks - why does my player hit it straight to opposition?
I've noticed a new flaw in the game, the corners are always crossing towards the person that is near post flick on and he has 99% miss.
And if your corner keeps hitting the guy that close down, try putting more men in their penalty box by setting more players to foward. This will force the defenders to defend in the box rather than to close down at the corner area.
