Hi. apologise if you've had this asked before, just moved from conference national to league 2, and have a problem getting any one to sign up, players, backroom staff people etc...
Is there a rule of thumb that almost guarantees someone might be interested in joining your team, ie; only ask people within the division your in or below, or if they sound foreign and your below championship they won't be interested. Any advice will be handy

Just go to job centre and make advertisment for your required position, and u will be informed who as applied its the best way for lower leagues imo.
