hi, ive just bought a regen striker with 193 PA. My question is what is the best way to make sure these regens reach their potential, as he anit good enough to replace stancu, vossen or nazarith right now and as im chasing the league cant afford to gamble. And i have rubbish feeder teams so dont want to loan him out to them. cheers

Just loan him out, any first team experience is good.
