If you have a Belgian or Polish feeder club you have to send the player to them for 3 yrs on loan.
I think he might get a permit earlier than the 3 yrs if he starts playing competitive football for his country.

how do u sign him without permit first in order to send him to feeder club?

been trying to sign this argentinian regen in my game i play liverpool and i have MTK (hungary) as feeder club but it doesn't seem to have option for me to sing him first so i can send him to get wp

also if u do it that way will he still be ur home grown?
