as topic said how do u find good regen? i want to get them while they still young so they can be my home grown players i've tried to make my scouts look for young players under 18-17 in certain area but they either report me back with nothing or report me some players that already known just can't seem to find younger ones with low CA but high PA

regens appear when other players rtire to keep the balance of the game so try to look for them at the end of a season

they will go to any random teams so at the start of the game whoever i am i always try and get scouts with good knowledge , they could appear in teams like - arsenal man utd barcelona etc. youth

u can use your search screen for regens. for example set for 13 the attributes you are looking for a youngster then set max age as 19-20. this is useful after for a few seasons though.

Filter -> Age is at most 18 + Sort Value by descending order.

Even if you can't see a regen's stats, a high value tends to indicate a high potential ability.
