Just notice that i actually answered a completely different question to teh one you asked. I really didn't understand! :o

Personally i think it's more LLM to keep going as if you start again, first it's fairly unrealistic, and second, you'll have all the reputation effects making the second job easier.

But again i don't believe that there is an actual 'rule' as such.

We all start as Llama's...

If you move up the leagues with/without your original team.. you'll become a glory hunter.. (it's a natural progression...)

If you stay around the lower leagues with/without your original team... you're a LLM...
