I must confess that I actually enjoy chicken fried steak. It is superb with gravy, mashed potatoes and blackeyed peas.
Turducken is simply an Americanisation of Royal banquets in the English middle ages when a swan would be boned and stfffed with goose (boned) stuffed with a chicken (boned) stuffed with a pheasant, stuffed.
