You've spent too much time touring in the South Church.

And chicken fried steak is also known as country-fried steak. In a way, it's just beef prepared as if it were fried chicken. MIght have to try that one day.

And let's not forget Turducken.

I must confess that I actually enjoy chicken fried steak. It is superb with gravy, mashed potatoes and blackeyed peas.

Turducken is simply an Americanisation of Royal banquets in the English middle ages when a swan would be boned and stfffed with goose (boned) stuffed with a chicken (boned) stuffed with a pheasant, stuffed.
