I always stay with the club I start out playing (wherever possible!)

Loyalty or stupidity... who can tell... is there a difference?

Some time ago I played with Exeter. Did great there but went to manage rivals Pymouth. (Probably I waas curious whether Exeter are going to really hate me )

The first two seasons in Plymouth were realy wierd. I had two long non-losing streaks (17 and 29 games respectively) but I did not get promoted! Real disaster!

However, I think a little change makes the game even better. having to adjust to the new club is really exciting!

don't just leave because you get an offer, you kind of know when the time is right to go.

When you get the message:

"....if team x are interested in (insert name) the they are welcome to him..."

then it may be time to move on.
