I have been offered 2 jobs at League 2 clubs over the last couple of FM weeks. I declined both posts and my Board of Directors were delighted. When I looked at my personal profile my loyalty rating has not changed but my ambition rating has dropped by 2 points. This seems a bit harsh, surely my ambition is to drive an ailing club to better things?
I have no opinions whatsoever on the ratings. It's eye-candy, as far as i'm concerned. I play the game to achieve specific goals (avoid relegation, etc)
As for loyalty or ambition - again it depends on the game. For instance in the Zealot online game i've been with Tranmere for nigh on 10 years now... Now that's loyalty.

But weren't you the one whinging that you wanted to get away from Tranmere
The stats may well be 'Eye Candy' but do they not play a part in whether players wish to join your club? This being an integral part of your club being successful.
As I understand it, the stats like media handling and loyalty, although they go up and down depending on how you manage your team, have absolutely no influence within the game: the game does not take into account your media handing of 20 when deciding whether a player joins your team or not. Your league position and reputation will decide that.
As I said, the loyalty rating plays no actual part in the game (apart from making you feel good). Clubs will choose you on your reputation as a manager.
Fair point although I fear you could be on a hiding to nothing from the die hards about job hopping when you should be focussed on getting 'Non Descript FC' to the top division.
