At this level you don't want to pay any wages for loans...Your board will not give you money for players they think are worth it anyway

Make sure your not trying to loan players form too high a league, 1 or two leages above, and from the country your playing in.

and echo what quinny said, in this game you got to work these things out for yourself, been at Uni. Las Palmas for 3 years and not been able to get one loan player yet
