I know it might sound like cheat but my question to you in this forum:
When you have signed a player do you never offer him a worse contract because you know he would never accept that irl so the rubbish negotiating skills the AI has got is not such a problem.
I want to keep the realism in the game as much possible but I don't think the above is as easily sorted as "don't use the player search reply"
