Well, my first real job in LLM started at Haytes of the Conference South, and the board expected me to achieve a respectable league position but I wanted better, alot better.
The season didn't start off too good, losing 3-0 to Sutton Utd and for about 15 games the team was in a relegation battle, just 2 points off the bottom 3 until I managed to take them on a rather good run of 10 games without a defeat placing us in the play-offs were I managed to stay for the rest of the season, at one point, just a few points behind 1st place until my key player got injured for a month!
The play-offs then...
Semi-Final, drew Hornchurch and they outplayed me but I managed to win . The final I drew Newport who again outplayed me and I managed to win but in the North/South final I was drawn against Altrincham who I outplayed and lost, to a late penalty! (the 1st 1 I conceded of the season!)

FA Trophy: 2nd rnd
FA Cup 2nd rnd Quals
Oh well, I've built a squad up now and hopefully my scout can find some decent players in the summer and I can put together a title-chasing squad...

It should be possible to concede not more than one penalty in a whole season, I think.
