Time to gripe again, but this one is killing the joy of LLMing. So I want to try N.I. 2nd division- and this goes for other LL's too, such as Scotland- only to find each club has at least 2 coaches on £400 well contracts! This for teams with average player wages of £40, grounds that have 1000 capacity and no seats, and so on. Furthermore, at game start, almost all of these coaches and other high paid staff are on 4 or 5 year deals. Since I see this on all types of teams all around the game I assume this is what FM is defaulting to in the absence of contract info being entered by the researchers. Seems like no one thought this through very well. It absolutely kills teams Like QUB or Oxford UTD Stars.
Okay, so there is nothing constructive about this, but it almost makes you want to use that dirty little program...
It's killing me - I'm running Oxford Utd Stars, with a staff of 6 on about 200-400 quid each and attendances around 150. Start of the 06-07 season - 170 grand in the red. If I don't find the next buck-toothed player, I'll start hitting the whisky soon.

Ahhh, the moment of weakness has passed-as has my desire to manage one of those teams Too bad too, because that league is a true challenge and one of my favorites
