Since always, I've always played LLM, but never to anyones official rules, just my own - no cheating, and start low!

Right, I just wanna know if this will count as a LLM in this forums eyes....

I ran England, Spain and Italy, all divisions and started un-employed.

I took a job at Exeter, in the Conference. Does this count as LLM, because I didnt go into the North/South Conference first?

Do you think it counts as LLM?

If you play to the LLM guidelines, and if you're happy with Exeter then it's your decision.

I thought conference national is now as acceptable as div3 used to be. it means yes, but arghhhh.

Well I believe it does, as I started un-employed expecting to go into the Conference North/South.

It's my first game on FM, so I didnt know about Exter always offering jobs, but I think it must be coded in there to take un-employed managers or something.

Nowt so sinister as being programmed in. Exeter are the only Team likely to employ an unknown manager that start managerless in Poofland.
