What's your approach to transfering players between human controlled teams in those situations??

Usually, when playing with my brother, we tend to make negotiations without scouts having found the players.

What's your opinion on this issue??

In the LLaMa Clan game I've often offered to loan a goalie or another player if one of my counterparts is short in that position, so I see no wrong in it.

As I see it, it is ok. Because if you know some other manager that has problems with specific position, it should be ok to say: "Hey, Tom, you know, I got a keeper extra..."

Is it possible to offer players for loan in FM? When I tried before, I couldn't choose any clubs to approach..
