Boskovic, again, as Ian points out that you're lacking realism. Fine, you need to move to a different country to manage. Managers rarely move from lower divisions in one country to lower divisions in another. For the sake of it being "just a game" we don't frown on that lack or realism.
However, why would anyone want to just play in a lower division? The whole object of the game is to be successful, and correct me if I'm wrong, but promotions, either your team moving up, or you being "promoted" to a job at a bigger club, tend to equal success, at least eventually.
Who would possibly want to remove top divisions for the sake of faster gameplay? When I play my game, I normally select two countries with their full compliment of divisions, and then the rest of my selected countries are top flight only. Once I've reached the "top" then I'm not, at least in a present carnation, looking to take a lower league club. Guinness79 II/III/IV/etc. does once Guinness79 I retires.
