Just drag and drop, replace, tick a few boxes.

Ps. Post in the specific soundpack thread.

And is it FM 2008? Are you using the correct one etc. More details

Was there a readme file that came with the soundpack? There usually is one that tells you how to install it.

Failing that email the maker(s) of the soundpack and ask them for their help.
