I have started a new game, and for the first time am in the German League, taking the first available job in Div 2.
I got rid of loads of my donkeys and signed about 8 new players. First cup game fine, first league game all bar 1 are ineligible. A week later, one more can play.. .what is going on ? I am in early August, have been asked to submit squad numbers once, but not asked to register anyone, and cant find any rules about this.
I currently have half a team! Will this sort itself out soon? Do i need to do something?
When i was in charge of St Pauli i had the same problem Got another chance to add squad numbers at the end of the transfer window. Clearly a bug though and hopefully one that will be sorted in 8.0.2.
The game's littered with registration bugs. In some cases, I'm told, close attention to news items will help you avoid them. But I still object to SI pointing this out, as if to blame the user for when things go wrong.
I haven't personally heard about German registration being affected yet, but it wouldn't surprise me if this was another example of this hideous bug. If it is, I'm not sure there's a great deal you can do.
Hopefully, patch 8.0.2 will mean an end to the registration bug. However, I think SI have stated that it's buried deep in layers of code, so don't be surprised if it can't be cured completely by then.
it's a bug in the german leagues, that sees players deregistered at random. every season half my side are deregistered during the winter break, and i have to reregister them, although the squad numbers option sometimes fails to appear
