To make these changes you need to alter the corresponding xml files - the three main being header.xml, footer.xml and sections.xml all in the panels folder.

Its a case of getting your hands dirty actually looking through and understanding the code and what makes it change like that. If you look at how things like the titlebar change and use the same syntax etc.

There is no visual editor or anything I'm afraid.

change the navigation/titlepanel, to the folder your graphic is in/the name of the graphic. You can change bkcl to fcol. bkcl is the teams main colour, and fcol being their second colour.
