I've found a lot of pic on sortitoutsi.net.. But the pics do not appear in the game. I put it in "pictures-players".. What can I have done wrong?

i think you have done it wrong dude......not 100% but what i have done with my players packs.....they come in teams and leagues,so i unpacked them and copy/pasted them to....for eg

graphics/pictures/players/ita/seriea/milan.....etc
or for spanish lge....esp/primera/barcelona...etc
thats only if they come in packs for the teams.
