Hi. i downloaded facepacks from goal-kick.com but i dont know how to put them onto the game. can anyone help me.

Get winrar (type it in to google and download it)
Extract them
Put them into My Documents\Sports Interactive\Graphics (You will probably have to make the graphics folder)
Then start FM then go into preferences then display and sound and then tick 'always reload skin on confirm' and then untick 'skin cache'.
They should then be in your game.

Did you do the preferences part?
Did you definitly extract them so that they are normal files and not .rar files?
