I am planning on doing an update which will hopefully extend peoples interest in Football Manager 2006. Basically I'm planning on deleting all players on the database( if anyone knows how to dot his quickly please tell me) and then bringing in there place legends of the game(coachs and players) on free transfers. I have a huge shortlist of players I am going to include but If you have any more you think derserve inclusion please give me there name and why they deserve inclusion.

I have compiled a shortlist of over 1500 players and all I need know to get started is to find a way to clear the database quickly.

Any help would be great

I have decided to just do an update with legends in it and I wnder do you want the players to have realistic reputations or ones which mean they could be signed by anyone.

Have so far done 25 players and update should be done by next week

It sounds like it might be hard work, but its a good idea. I think you should give the players realistic reputations to keep the game challenging. Good luck!!

I was thinking about giving all players 160 rep. This would mean they are known but arn't out of all teams price range.

It is hard work especially finding how good some players who I never saw play were.
