no there is no way for this, there was one being made for the 1998/99 season but the guy had a serious system failure so it is no longer being done

oh thats a shame just playing on cm4 like the old teams n players but the game is a bit lacking mind you in aint much of a surprise seeing as every player wud have to be edited n thats be fore getting into players the have retired etc
