hello i have edited some data on my fm 2006 and i was wondering how to get it back to its oringal state, i think there is a back up but not sure how to use it. thanks for any help

Did you copy the db & put it somewhere else? If you did then just cut & paste it back into the Sports Interactive folder

before i dited it said do you want to create a back up file i clicked yes and the edited.

the reason i have to restore this is because i edited what leagues some teams are in and on a certain date (june 29th 2006) it freezes, but is there a way to stop it freezing at this date on the game.
