I would like to start the Premier League season with the players that are at each club at the present time, so is there any way of preventing me and the other clubs in my division from making transfers until the January transfer window?

To my knowledge, you cannot edit any of the rules of the individual leagues as they are hard coded into the game.

The nearest thing you can do that I found is in the editor change all(well all at top flight clubs) player contracts to 1st July 2005 or 2006 when it comes out, this makes the game think that these players have just signed and arent available for transfer at the start of the season. It doesnt always work for every player but it cuts down the amount of transfers in preseason, also changing the clubs transfer budgets to £1 helps keep the amount of transfers down.

You can also use FMM to change players who are transfer listed to unavailable for transfer but after a couple of game days the player becomes available again and you have to keep on doing it until the window closes.

It must be an option for next versions, stop any transfer until January in every league of the game.
