I can only presume you're asking how to get it to work:

Download the RAR file, and unzip it. You need to have WinRAR or a similar decompression programme. Run the installation file inside. Load up FM and open a game file (best to backup first). Then once that's opened, open up FMM and press "Load". Then everything should be usable. I'm still using beta 2.1, but it should be roughly the same.

I got this error after i edited Gonzalo Castro of Leverkusen. Mow everytime i search Leverkusen using this ver 3.1, it will show this:
