On here they have full list of teams and full lists of players for each team.

I think it is a licenece thing they have for that team, if that helps.

SI did not get a license to show the real players in Japan.

The Albirex players in the DB arent fake, theyre the players who play for Albirex's 2nd team in the Singaporean League.

For FM2006 i added lots of Japanese lg players to the teams that were included with the game and added the teams that werent.

I then added face to them etc (obviously they had the unique ids from my database only).

Im waiting for the patch and then im going to do something similar for my game.

I posted earlier in the week to see if anyone had any links to up to date J League info but had no replies. Do you have any sites for my own info?

Main problem is to define where they play on the pitch... left, right, center... but I do some guessing based on stats and squad number (i.e. #2 will likely be a DR)

Leaving the vast majority of attributes untouched (unless I do know something about the player), and keeping their CA at around 90-120 depending on first team appearances. Some players go above that, and some others go below to keep a nice balance.

Thats what I did for fm2006 really, but i kinda just used websites, wikipedia etc, read through the speil to get clues as to what position players played proper.

I foun these sites useful for that kinda thing, but in terms of transfers etc im not sure how accurate they are.

TBH, Im very surprised that some of the major people in the data updates world of FM never brought one out with the main JLeague players in....if they did i never found it.
