I don't know what this game wants, but I realy can't manage to win balanced games, I win only 70% chances of winning and because of luck. I see that you can download tactics here, but I don't know wich suites me. I am playing Sportul from the 2nd Romanian division. With all the transfers, it's a pretty decent team, it got relegated after it finished 4th(many players have left though) in the 1st div. (financial problems) This is what I got:

4 decent defenders but slow
2 technical midfieldiers one with v. good passing one with v. good longshots decent in other stats(11-14), not for defensive play
1 ML and 1 MR v good, but not big pace
1 striker with 17 on pace, some midfielder stats too. This one is fast and created alot of chances and scored some goals in friendlyes whil e running with the ball
1 striker with v.v good heading stats

What formation and tactic is suitable for my players? Please help, I don't know what else to do with my tactic, I really suck at the game.

try this and just leave your wingers as you have them, as M instead of AM, to stick with your suggested normal 442 form. some feedback is highly appreciated

Use counter-attack? I think my best game is attacking.

Lost 2-0 stupid stupid game. If I play the rest of the season, I'll be relegated into the 3rd division , even though I have the best players. There are no decent football games to be found.

don't let "counter attack" fool you. I play quite offensive but always play with counter attack. It simply makes your counters so much faster... and you will always run into counter attack situations

Don't know. When it was 2-0 I've unticked the CA and I played better. I'll try to play again without modifying anything. Prepare for me to get mad again after 5 minutes.

just go there, and read the whole thing carefully. If you still can't win you aren't reading carefully enough.

you cannot expect any changes to work immediately either. a team needs to get used to the tactics. Some tactics of course work better right away than others, which does not mean though that they are better at all.

That is also why you should let your amateurs/youth teams play the same tactics, because then the players will fit in soo much better when they get their chance, being used to the system.
