Coaching Shooting and Set Pieces

Can you tell me for a coach to be good at training shooting and set pieces which attribute shoiuld be good. I cant get the finishing of my strikers to go up when the training is only 3 stars. If someone could tell me what attribute the coach needs for him/her to be good at coaching set pieces and shooting that would be a great help. Cheers

Technique is the big one, i look for high technique and attacking

these are brillant to get the five stars needed.
dont forget that you need working with youngsters high than 10 to get 5 stars.

my question is this. Is there a diffrence in having a coach with 5 stars but low determination, discipline and motivation comperd to a coach with 5 stars but high determination, discipline and motivation?
