What's your opinion when you can't hire 5 star coaches?
Fellow managers, I've taken over a team midway through the season in the lower leagues. I looked at the existing training reports by the coaches. The highest star ranking for a training area was 2 stars. I only had two coaches.
I fired one coach, hired 4 more coaches and have improved every area except GK. It is still 1 star. I've tried to hire another coach, but my board won't let me, even if the person is hired as a player/coach when we are already short on GK's (I only have 3 among senior, reserves, and U-18).
We have made progress in all areas during the game during matches except for GK.
So...I want to fire one of my existing coaches and hire a coach who can do GK, but am interested in reading your opinions as to what areas are more important for better coaches in LLM before I decide which coach is packing his bags.
