There isn't one. In his Sheffield United Project thread there are detailed descriptions of the team instructions and the individual instructions for each position. You should be able to construct a tactic from those.

The whole point of the thread was to help people understand the game engine and how to play it. The best way to understand the tactic is to construct it yourself, not simply download something. A mechanic learns by taking a car apart, not by looking at a brand new vehicle.

If the screenshots are down, then I can't help you. If they're up, there's your first port of call.
