Could somebody tell me everything i need to do to make the 442 diamond as good as possible please

it seems that i concede alot of goals with it..i even conseeded 3 goals to some crappy polish team in the uefa cup over 2 legs

don't tell players to do anythign they can't be doing, look at their stats and base your individual instructions off that. Secondly go to individual mentalities and make sure they're not too far apart or else the ball will never reach the next tier.

If your defense is slow move your d-line back to compensate and don't close down as much.
