Very useful.

Since he's young, don't give him too tough a training regime or he might not be able to take it. Specifically, concentrate on Attacking, Shooting, Ball Control, Strength, Set Pieces. Might get yourself a new Paul Scholes. :cool:

Well you could teach him to tackle as the ginger c*** has never been the best at this. May make your prospect even better.

Concentrate on strength and set pieces- if your trying to mimic Scholes picking his weaknesses isn't going to help the poor sod.
