ddong78 Registered User Join Date: Apr 2007 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	No, it just means that youth coaches cannot train your first team. So, ideally, you shouldn't sign "youth coaches" or "first team coaches". You should only sign general coaches, and then have them train both the first team and the youths.
