Retraiun Riise to be a CB and retrain Agger to be a LB. You've got 2 when you do that. Carragher can already play in both.
Pander and Clichy are not CBs, don't get them for that role.
Search for LBs with 16 + heading. That'll get you a list of the best LCBs.

It depends on how well they can already play there, for instance someone who is competent at left back, can become accompilished with the training quite quickly.
But someone who is unconvincing may take more time.
Riise will take longer, Agger may take a good 4 or 5 months to become accomplished. My advice, just buy one in.
