Is Xabi Alonso worth £86M?
Im in 2010 and i am Man Utd.
I have £306M transfer budget and £2M wage budget.
My team is immense the only downfall is my DM, Michael Carrick. I was going to buy Alonoso who i consider to be the best DM around, his release clause is £86M and they wont let him go for less than that.
Shall i buy him for it?

No, you are much better off to spend less and get a quality player like Lucas or Zapater for that position.

Don't go for him. Get Daniele De Rossi instead, who is strong, fast, good in the air and quite a skillful passer too.

Well, you have loads of money, so maybe... however, you can get players with potential for less eg gago and lucas.

No, I don't think he is. He's great, but not worth £86m, there are better options such as Gago or Arouca who are cheaper.
