I had a very bad last season. But got much better in the last quarter of the season but no trophy or aything and didn't even qualify for champions league. Cristiano Ronaldo played really well in the 2nd half of the season but I didn't notice that he has a release clause of 49.5 million. Therefore Man Utd took him for 59.5 million. Now I have 124 million to spend but the players I think I need are all too expensive.

All I havce ledt on the wings is: Silva, Marcelo(who just does'nt play well as an AML), and Cardenas.

My Strikers department is also weak. I have Palacio and Higuain who are decent strikers. But then I have van Nistelrooy who is too old, Raul who I'm getting rid of and Cassano who is not good either.

I also need a very good AMC.

This is the rest of my squad:

Central Midfielders: Raul Garcia, Gago, Diarra, Sneijder
DL's: Chellini, Marcelo
DR's: D. Alves, Diogo
DC's: Sergio Ramos, Felipe, Cannavaro(going to retire)

For my defence I just might need some back-up. But I really need players for my attack.

Milan want 113 million for Kaka. Hamburg want 30 million for van der Vaart. Athletico want 74 million for Aguero. Barcelona want 108 million for Messi. I really need and want Kaka and Messi bit then that would leave no cash for anything else.

What would you recommend pls?

30M for Van der Vaart is not too much. Its decent price if you are a little into the game. He's 20+M at the start itself. Get him, he's terrific. Search around for some other guys like David Villa, Fernando Torres or other star strikers. Some of them might have a 50M release clause like your Ronaldo did. You might get lucky. Also, see how much Arsenal want for Carlos Vela. He's one of the best in the game and for many, THE best. Depending on what season you are in, you might get him on a good deal. Also, seeing as Aguero scores practically every game for most people (I've never had him in my team though!), 74M might not be a bad investment. Get VDV and Aguerro and you'll be fine. And you'll still have about 20M left for some fringe players!

If you want a good defender, look up Per Mertesacker. He had a release clause of only 10M in my game which, for him, was a bargain. You need a CB for sure. Very short on that front. Go to the EPL and look through teams there. Check Pique, Richards, Senderos, Toure, Djourou and how much they cost. Senderos might be a little risky though. But the others are all quality. If you get Kolo Toure for 20M, get him! He should be 28 in 2009 and still has 5 good years. I've turned down offers of nearly 50M for him from Chelsea. But he's only valued at 15M or so apparantely.

gr- ustari and akinfeev(you have casillas so you are good) DL-> get Bale and put the guy scoring freekicks, he's excellent, DR- D.ALves is ok, DC- garay is a great long term option to join ramos, but if you need a new one quickly, buy chivu. you need a good MDC like lucas leiva, buy aguero if you can, he is the best player in the game IMO, messi and kaka aren't worth more than him, i asure you. striker- carlos vela.

Wingers, umm, lets see. Rember that Cassano can play AML. Aguero has recently started to play amazingly as a right winger for me. Try for Jesus Navas, Gourcuff and Nani. VDV isn't paticually better than Raul Garcia and Sneijder, so I might not buy him.

Strikers? Alexandre/Pato, Falaco, Vela, Sobis, Pekhart, Eddie Johnson, Okaka, Jo, Vanger Love, Sturridge, Walcott and of course Aguero. If you want a cheaper option look at Febian Brandy or Craig Lindfield.

CBs: Pique, Hobbs, De La Heras (although as you are Real he proberbly won't move to you), Richards, Taylor or Onahua.
