im starting a game with Barcelona but i want to completely change it and build a dream team so any recommended;

Youth signings?
Tactics?
1st team signings?
Staff signings?


Any help will be greatly appreciated

In/OutStaff In - Staff

You Have to ajust the budget alot and ,ost of the sold players are over 24 months, i wont give you tactics figure that out yourself
