Hello,

I want to start a new game with Spurs, using the patch. I would like to get some young talent (preferably British, but not neccessarily) that will be good in a few years, but won't cost a lot of money, as I'd like to use the majority of my initial budget to fix the current team. What good young players would come to my team that I wouldn't have to break the bank for? Thanks.
