i was just wondering if you could train a player to have more influnce or if it increases with age or anything like that. as i'm strugling for a captain for my southampton team. and i don't really like buyin a player in just to lead and captin my team.
also are there any other stats that make a good captain like determination?
determination yes, and influence increases i think through a couple of things : the number of games a player gets, his general popularity amongst the fans and players, and yeah his age.

I think that 'how long the player has been at the club' should be on there, i tend not to make a player captain who hasnt been at the club long
