they have offered me £9mill upfront, 50% sell on & £7.5mill over 24 months. shall i accept?

If so, who can i get to replace him? might use routledge till end of season. just commin upto jan transfer on my 1st season

get jeff Farfan, for about 6mil from PSV. He plays well at RM, LM, RAM, LAM, and ST. scores quite a few when he plays!
