Is there anyone who has succesfully managed Southend and if so has anyone got any tips on formations, tactics, players to select etc. I'm doing alright but need to push on a bit for promotion. Thanks.

I never managed Southend
I don't have tips on formations
I don't have tips on tactics
I certainly don't have tips on players to select.

It's not Southend...it's "Saaarfend".
For that reason, crumby pronunciation, I'm terminating this thread.
