Same here, but I think it's because the game is biased towards the kind of game-player who doesn't want to struggle for ever in one of Dante's lower levels of hell. I'm sure when they wrote the game they designed it for the average player who likes to think they're starting at the bottom, but wants to be in the Champions League after 2 or 3 seasons.

The game wasn't written for us LLaMas specifically

Good for you for turning that job down, though. :thup:

I'd add the following:

It is normal to only jump up one division - many of us have got to the Premier League (or equivalent) and won loads and so gone back to a newly promted club in the lowest league. I also think that favourite clubs muddy the water a little.
