Considering most of the clubs LLM's use are part time clubs I was just wondering why training regimes are allowed through the day? If a player is part time they would have a job through the day and train on nights.

This got me wondering would it be a good idea to only train on afternoon's?

Sorry if it's been discussed.

Another thing do clubs turn professional if the club earns a higher status?

This has been discussed at length ever since individual training regimes appeared in CM, and the consensus is that...because there's no facility to introduce part-time training (and further that AI Clubs will train their players full-time)...you train the players full time and wait for the day that (if) SI introduce part-time packages.

The cross LLaMas have to bear.

Needless to say, that even if SI will implement Part-time regime, AI will still use full-time and will beat the hell out of you.

I considered doing this but then realised the disadvantage I would be putting myself at to AI controlled clubs. Currently, its not in the game and no real way of simulating it - e.g.: the players condition would fall during their dayjob if they had physical jobs such as a builder etc....

There's endless possibilities here, and it's going to be quite difficult to implement I would imagine.

True, but at that point the game becomes Too Realistic and less fun... I think the system is fine the way it is.
