A 30 years Englishman was looking for a job in early July ... he was decided to take control of one of the team in Conference South/North and he was able to take control of any of them ... long time thinking, he made a suprising decision .. he chose Gainsborough Trinity a club which expectation is not even to escape relagation (the board expect his own team to be relegated), small stadium and no money at hand ... everybody questioned his decision but he stayed firm .....
Ok enough for the b***s*** hahahah
with club expecting nothing, all i needed to do was made a private target and his target was to save them from being relegated .... tough job however as the squad was so little .. especially when 1 of the star angry with me and decided to leave the club .. i let him go .. 6 friendly matches over the pre-season to select the best player for my formation ... unfortunately, those 6 matches made 6 of my players injured ... i loaned several 3-4 players then ... the season began .. what a bad start for me .. 2 home games 1 draw and 1 lost and we unable to score any goal ... oo, hard season ahead . supporter and board were dissapointed, so was me . however, i kept my confidence as several my players coming back from injured . how amazing, after lost in 1st game 0-1 we managed to record 20 games unbeaten til now with 13 wins and 7 draws ... now we are in 4th place and my new ambition is try to qualify to conference through playoff as we are 7 points behind 1st place however 10 points clear the non-playoff zone ..
How about FA Cup and FA Trophy CUp?
FA CUp was sucks, drawing always put my team as the away team . however, i proud of my guys .. they beat 2 non-league team and one conference national team away before finally losing to other conference national team .. away too ...
in FA trophy, we doing well and now in 3rd round ....
HOPE This remainding season be good also ..

ok, let's see how my teams going ....
League :
my team is now in 32th week or 10 more games to go .... my team is doing well . 32 plays 20 wins 10 draws 2 loses with 70 points,, we are just one point behind the leader and how delighted the board and the supporter are, so do i ... it's also pleasing how we are now 18 points ahead team in the non-playoff zone .. we are now *surely* will go at least to playoff .. however, in this 10 games with only 1 point behind i will try to take the top spot (play off is so risky u know) .... anyway, 1 of those 10 games will be against the top leader in away , so wish me luck !
CUP:
so how about the cup? after eliminated from FA cup , the only cup available is FA Trophy and so far we make it through to the fifth round .. 4 more wins then we become champion .. however, it will be so very HARD anyway we try ;p .... so far, different from what happened in FA Cup, we always play FA trophy in our home so let pray it keeps happening ...
OK, i will tell the progress at the end of season .. bravo to all other LLM managers !!!!

anyway, i've just finished my 1st season with Gainsborough Trinity ... yeah ...
LEAGUE:
we win it !!! yeah, little bit of luck, hard work and confidence .... very tight indeed .. after 40th week , Gainsborough 85 points, team a 85, b 84 ... after 41 week me 86, a 85 while b 87 !!! i quite desperate as if team b win at the last week, i will go into playoff .. fortunately they lose and the final table is me 89, a 88 and b 87 !!!!!! yeah ... next year we go into conference national ... i don't know whether to say yeah or ooo my god ... heheh
CUP
we manage to qualify until semifinal before lost 1-1 aggregate (away goals rule ,,,, yeah s***) to a conference national team ... not bad ...
OK, what a magnificient season and i hope we will do great job next season ... hopefully ;p
