I'd like to tell you about my (great) LLM experience...
After getting quite annoyed of winning everything with big clubs, I decided to take the trip and go LLM.
First of all, the country.
Since I'm portuguese, why not Portuguese 2nd Division B??
VERY tough league, I should add. 20 teams per league (3 leagues, north/center/south), only 1 gets promoted from each.
So, anyway, on my way to Atlético Clube de Portugal.
The board was asking for a "top-half league position", from which I implied 6th, 7th.
Bought some players, put my best tactic, waited for the results to come in, and, after rejecting some Second League job offers (not offering me enough funds), at the end of season 1, 2nd placed, 5 points behind promotion!!
After the disappointment of non-promotion (being the first that doesn't get promoted gives me this ), bought some new faces, "shipped off" the rubbish, waiting for a better season on season 2.
Season 2 was NOT what I expected. After mid-season, Atlético was 6th, 10 points behind promotion, when a job offer came along from Estoril (Second League), I didn't blink, and off I am to Second League adventure!

OK, let me put it this way.
Sinking means what it means, in Portugal, Scotland, or whatever...
What I meant was, eventually (3-4 years time), the team that I built would promote, because it has a lot of talented youngsters.
Besides, I wasn't doing THAT bad, the expectations were AGAIN "top half"...
