I am managing St Albans also, I would imagine you have completely blown your wage budget by bringing in lots of players. I finished mid table 1st season and lost play off finals in my 2nd and 3rd seasons. I think there is some sort of vendetta against The Saints in the code!
Oh, stop buying and signing unrealistic players, that's bad.

Losing the playoffs is just desserts for you loaning in four Premier League reserve players who would never go on loan to a Conference regional team.
Buying that unscouted player and he turns out to be crap serves you right as well.
And Lewes

Good example of why you should read the Forum Header and Guidelines before posting an update, ukelele. The locals don't take kindly to blatant disregard of the "LLM Way".
Have a wee read of them before posting again, there's a good chap

What's unfriendly about it? You got away with your wallet intact, didn't you?
What the guys are saying, in their fortright way, is that LLM generally loans from a maximum of two Divisions above as a rule of thumb.
Personally, I reckon that if a guy will sign, providing he's been found in an LLM-verified scout search, then he's fair game.
Never found a teenage EPL reserve in a scout search, I have to say...

It is, when one bothers to read the guidelines, rules and header of the forum.
And don't bother starting a new update thread before a month or so, read the update guidelines to learn why.

The guy's misguided, that's for sure.
It turns to me that this version of CM (oh, ok, it's FM now) is better in terms of "easy-way-to-go" stuff, i mean, find a lot of potential 200 youngsters and blaze to EPL in a second. That doesn't happen.
No LLM without proper... uhm... my English sucks arse. Proper... well, let it be the "intentions" word, though it's not exactly what i mean. Nevermind.
And, Ian, by the way, there is a chance to find EPL youngster with your scout. I did
. Usually it happens when i scout ECN and some team happen to have the guy on loan. Bingo
