I take my hat off to you all here in the LLM group. I've just started my 3rd season as the manager of Harrogate. I've fired my staff and gone with a better stats group of unknowns. I still have no transfer budget because I'm still 740,000 in the red. (which is better than the 890,000 I was when I took over the team)

I see my days being numbered as my Sr. Squad gets older and older and I can't seem to figure out how to make anyone from my reserve squad or U18 not grey. (some insight here might be helpfull)

Anyway to recap...
06/07 = promotion to the Conferance National after winning last 6 games.

07/08 = middle fed in the leauge after a 17-19-6 season.

08/09 = Hmm I'm off to a great start 0-0-2 hip hip...ah forget it....

This is harder than it looks....

You can't. Gray players aren't real, they're just put there by the AI in case your squad doesn't have enough players.

Some insight? You don't want to face a team with a first XI of gray players.

I love the grays. They did well in leading me to a u-18 cup semifinal although I did have 3 defenders who were real. That is not a real brag so burn someone else at the llama stake.
